a big chihuahua, inc. hosts NCLR Reception

a big chihuahua, inc., recently gathered celebrities, politicians, media and corporate representatives in Austin to honor the National Council of La Raza for its 35 years of dedication in advancing Hispanic issues in the United States.

Paul Rodriguez - comedian, actor, director and producer - was the guest of honor who followed his stand-up routine with a crowd pleasing autograph session on special edition posters. Those posters were designed, naturally, by a big chihuahua, inc. for Rodriguez' upcoming movie, "The Original Latin Kings of Comedy."

Rodriguez was also presented with a Texas Senate Resolution, a gavel, and a Longhorns jacket and cap by state Sen. Gonzalo Barrientos for his "outstanding contributions to the television, film and entertainment industry." Other celebrity guests included Grammy winners "Flaco" Jimenez, and Jimmy Gonzales y Grupo Mazz.

a big chihuahua, inc. which organized and hosted the reception, is a minority owned marketing solutions company specializing in targeting the Hispanic market.
